Certified Healthcare Safety Professional (CHSP) Self-Study

Certified Healthcare Safety Professional (CHSP)  Self Study PDF is a voluntary self-study guide that provides a review of selected concepts related to healthcare safety practice. This publication does not address all concepts that may appear on an actual certification exam. The CHSP award is a Professional Certification that requires annual renewals and a five-year recertification process. The CHSP is not a Certificate program earned by passing an exam by studying an established curriculum. Exam candidates must bring their personal experience & knowledge to the exam preparation process. Exam candidates must personally decide how to best prepare for the examination. The Board does not require any candidate to purchase study materials, resources, or attend any review session to qualify for certification. Doing so is voluntary. Review the exam blueprint study material content before deciding how to prepare. Identify your strengths and weaknesses. Study to learn concepts and not just memorize.

Candidates with an approved application and verified fees payment can contact mary@ibfcsm.org to learn about taking a CPT, Each practice test contains at least 100 multiple choice test items. Practice Tests are not proctored but must be completed within 90 minutes. You will receive your pass/fail results. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.  DUE TO THE NATURE OF THIS PRODUCT, NO REFUNDS ARE GIVEN.
